Monday etening, February 21, I966 at 8:1; P.M.

and Robert Roehl present.
Minutes of previous meeting read and approved.
Robert Scott presented the three following situations:
1.- Lois Detlaf has forty acres on the of2odlford : o.,d, known as the
Gene Pepin :place which she wishes to divide: into four 10 acre
strips, 300 feet wide and 1300 feet deep.
Moved by Gerald Dy_tihof_f that the Planning; Commission recommend
approval of the division of the forty acre Detlaf parcel into
four 10 acre plots, all bordering on the present road, if so
desired_.
Seconded by James Adams.

what is the Village going to spendon it? Robert Scott is to
aPpear at next Council meeting.
3. -Ace Fellows pro--)erty - platting.
Moved by lames Adams that the Planning? Commissio n recommend
that if the property is to be split into parcels of 7 acres
or larger, a private driveway could be maintained provided
the necessary covenants restrict in further development on the
property 33or a period of years could be 'nt;ered into.
Seconded by Walter Kohnen.

Mr. ST. p, Hall submitted a plat.
Moved by James Adams to give preliminary approval of the plat
with variance on the frontage of Lot 3.
Seconded by Ger7.1d _Dykhoff. .
