AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AMENDING
SECTIONS 2641, 2650, 2660, AND 2661 OF THE TEMPLE
CITY MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby amends Section 2641 of the
Temple City Municipal Code to read as follows:
Sec, 2641. Number and Oualificationo The number of
members and qualifications of the members of the Parking
Comuission shall be determined by resolution of the City
Council.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby amends Section 2650 of
the Temple City Municipal Code by adding the following:
(c) Any other public parking facility so
designated by the City Council.
SECTION 3, The City Council hereby amends Section 2660 of
the Temple City Municipal Code to read as follows:
Sec, 2660. Quorum and Vote. A majority of the members
shall constitute a quorum.
SECTION 4. The City Council hereby amends Section 2661 of
the Temple City Municipal Code to read as follows:
Sec,.2661, Meetings, The meetings of the Parking Commission
shall be determined by resolution of the City Council:
SECTION 5, The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance and shall
cause it to be published as required by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of December, 1979.

at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 4th day of
December, 1979, by the following vote of the Council:
