A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, ADOPTING THE HART VERITY VOTING
SYSTEM FOR ELECTIONS CONDUCTED BY THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on August 13, 2019 the Tarrant County Commissioners Court voted to
accept the contract with Hart InterCivic to purchase the Verity System Version 2.3.1 for use in
Absentee Voting by Mail, Early Voting by Personal Appearance, Regular Voting on Election
Day and Provisional Voting; and
WHEREAS, the City of Richland Hills contracts with Tarrant County for elections held
by the City of Richland Hills.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS:
That the Richland Hills City Council, Tarrant County, Texas, do hereby adopt the Hart
InterCivic Verity Voting System Version 2.3.1 for use in Absentee Voting by Mail, Early Voting
by Personal Appearance, Regular Voting on Election Day and Provisional Voting.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this 2?1h day of January 2020 by the City Council of the
City of Richland Hills, Texas.
