AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AMENDING
SECTIONS 9371 AND 9380 OF THE TEMPLE CITY ZONING
CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY' DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 9371 (Ordinance No. 75 -418) of the Temple
City Zoning Code is hereby amended as follcv�3:
add: "Newspaper Offices" as a permitted use.
SECTION 2. Section 9380 of the Temple City Zoning Code is hereby
amended as follows:
add: "Heating and Air Conditioning sales and offices" as
a permitted use.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be published according to law.

I, Chief Deputy City Clerk of the City of Temple City, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 79 -489, was
.introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Temple City, held on the 4th day of December , 1979, and was duly
passed, approved and adopted by the said Council, approved and signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular meeting held
on the 18th day of December , 1979 , by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen-Merritt, Tyrell, Atkins _
NOES: Councilmen- None
ABSENT: Councilmen- Gillanders, Dennis
