A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE
TOWN OF GULF STREAM, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR OF THE TOWN OF
GULF STREAM, OR HIS DESIGNEE, TO ACT AS THE
ADMINISTRATORS) FOR FUNDS OF THE TOWN OF GULF
STREAM HELD AT THE STATE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The Town of Gulf Stream from time to time has funds
on hand in excess of current needs; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of The Town of Gulf Stream
and its inhabitants that funds be invested to return the highest yield
consistent with proper safeguards,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Commission of the Town
of Gulf Stream, Florida:
Section 1.
That the Finance Director and /or his /her designee, as
legal representative(s) of The Town of Gulf Stream,
Florida, are hereby authorized to act as the administrator
(s) for funds held at the State Board of Administration.
Section 2. Administrator(s) shall have the authority to establish an
account(s) on behalf of The Town of Gulf Stream, withdraw
funds from or transmit funds to said account(s) at the
State Board of Administration, establish funds transfer
instructions, name designee(s), and initiate changes to
this information via the Investment Pool Input Document.
Section 3. That this authorization shall be continuing in nature
until revolked by the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED in a regular adjourned session assembled
this 18th day of October, 1996.
