C)APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Seeking a motion to approve the minutes of the January 8, 2015 meeting.
D)PUBLIC COMMENTS
E)FINANCIAL REPORTS
Seeking a motion to approve the monthly financial report as prepared
and presented by Lauterbach & Amen through February 2015. Roll call.

I)NEW BUSINESS
1) Investment Performance Report for the 1st Quarter 2015
2) Seeking a motion to accept the Investment Performance Report as
presented. Roll call vote.
3) Elections will be on Monday April 20, 2015 – The election for a retiree
representative. Trustee Andy Grod is currently in that position and an
election from the active pension members will be held for a trustee. Trustee
Mike Fisher is currently holding this position. Both trustees will be running.
4) Pres. Jeff Cook is up for reappointment by the Mayor. Pres. Cook has
requested reappointment. Appointments are announced at a Village of
Plainfield Board meeting on April 20, 2015. New terms begin on the 2nd
Tuesday of the first May after the election which will be May 12, 2015.
5) Seeking a motion to authorize Mr. Reimer to have INSPE conduct
annual examinations on disability beneficiaries Andrew Grod and Glen
Sandmire.
6) Review and update Investment Policy.
7) Authorize Lauterbach & Amen to prepare the annual Department of
Insurance Report. Roll call.
8) All trustees must file the Annual Statement of Economic Interest. You
should receive the form in the mail.

9) Review and/or modification of Board’s Administrative Rules and Regulation
10) Seeking a motion to change October 8th pension meeting due to conflict with
IPPFA Annual Conference October 6-9, 2015.
