Two or more Elected Officials of the Grand County Water & Sanitation District #1, Town
of Fraser and the Winter Park Ranch Water and Sanitation District sit as the Joint
Facilities Oversight Committee (JFOC), and may attend this meeting.
The JFOC Committee reserves the right to take action on any discussion item presented on the agenda.
