Motion by James second by Nielsen to approve building permits for Panama Transfer and the AGWSR School District. All ayes, carried.
Motion by Lindaman second by James to approve committing to the Community Coalition for Rate Fairness. The focus of the CCRF is electric rate fairness across the rate zone regions
of Alliant Energy. Cost to the city will by $321.60. All ayes, carried.
Discussion of housing development possibilities. Gary Sindalar, City Engineer discussed options for developing property for housing.
Motion by James 2nd by Van Heiden to allow the Wellsburg Community Betterment Group to brick the grass area in front of the Wellsburg Memorial Building. All ayes, carried.
