ANNEXATION ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
SEDGWICK COUNTY, KANSAS, IN CONFORMITY WITH K.S.A. 12-519,
et. seq. as amended.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS:
Section 1.
The following described land, to wit:
Beginning at the North East Corner of the North West Quarter
Section 30, T-26, R2E thence west 417.42 feet, thence South
834.84 feet, thence east 417.42 feet, thence north to the
point of beginning, Sec. 3D, T26 , R2E, Sedgwick County, Kansas.
is hereby annexed into and made a part of the City of Bel Aire, Sedgwick
County, Kansas, in conformity with K.S.A. 12-519 et. seq. as amended.
and
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
after its publication in the official city newspaper.
