AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE INTERLOCAL
SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR DOG WARDEN SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Board of Health of thc Borough Of Carteret has determined the
need for Dog Warden Services within the Borough limits; and
WHEREAS, the city of Linden has offered said services to the Borough of
Carteret att a cost of $23,219.00 per year, which ill include the picking up of dead
animals in the Borough of Carteret;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute an [nterlocal
Services Agreement with the City of Linden to provide Dog Warden Services to
the Borough of Carteret at a cost of $23,219.00 for the year 2001.

certified as a true copy of the original on
January 19,2001.
