Commission and the Village of Medina Council -- February 26, 1965
The meeting was called to order
Members present:
Village of Medina Council -
Medina Planning Commission
by Mayor Robert Scott at 7:00 p.m.
Raymond Bosch, Harold Winterhalter, Robert
Scott, Eugene Pulju, Wayne Neddermeyer
- Gerald Dykhoff, Albert Winterhalter, James
Adams, Walter Kohnen, William Botnan
Archie Carter gave us facts on a central water system.
Eugene Pulju made the motion that the following be proposed to the developer
of the Hussman Addition:
1. Central Water.
2. Roads must be blacktopped before acceptance by the Village of
Medina.
3. Insist on oring ai lots; specifically Lot 4 Block 2 to
Lot 8 Block 1.
4. The Village will veto construction on Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13
Block 1, also Lots 1, 2, 3 Block 2. Consideration would be
given to these lots if there was central water and sewer.
Harold Winterhalter seconded the motion. The motion was carried.
Raymond Bosch made the motion that the Village Council request Building
Inspector Gerald Dykhoff to give us data as to his proposal for inspection
of wells and sewer systems. Eugene Pulju seconded the motion. The motion
was carried.
Eugene Pulju made the motion that the meeting be adjourned. Harold
Winterhalter seconded the motion. The motion was carried.
