II. Call to Order; Roli Call
Mayor Wiliiam Dory called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM; upon rofl by Clerk-
Treasurer Lynda Dunbar the following were present: Adam Cohen, Stacie
Langdon, Steve Fields, Tyler Wade, Mark Hammer, and Gary Lemon. Dave
Murray, absent.
III. Public Petitions and Comments - None
IV. Special Requests - None
V. Department Reports:
a. Cemetery— Ernie Phillips
b. Engineer—
c. Fire Department— John Burgess
d. Park and Recreation — Rod Weinschenk
e. Planner—Vacant
f, Police Department—Tom Sutherlin
g. Department of Public Works — Brad Phillips
h. Water & Wastewater Department— Oscar King, Jr.
i. City Attorney - Laurie Robertson Hardwick
VI. Reports
A. Mayor's Report- Mayor updated the council on the following items:
. White Beth Training for 18 employees — all passed.
+ Planner hired, to start 2"d week of January 2018.
• Work on Jackson Street done for winter.
. Wastewater doing sewer lining
• Grant for Storm Sewer submitted
• Jones School — letter sent to State.
B. Clerk-Treasurer's Report- Nothing to report
C. Councilors' Report- Nothing to report
VII. Approval of Minutes
A. Regular Session — November 9, 2017 - Motion by Steve Fields to
; approve minutes with the correction of removing Tyler Wade's name from
the minutes, second by Gary Lemon, 4-0, motion carried. Mark Hammer
! and Tyler Wade abstained as they were not present at said meeting.
� VIII. Approval of City Claims

; A. Motion by Mark Hammer to approve ctaims as presented, second by
� Adam Cahen, 5-0, motion carried. Steve Fields abstained because of
Jameson Coffee Claim.

; IX. Old Business- None

; X. New Business-
A. Resolution 2017-18-A Resolution Authorizing Transfer of
Appropriations and Encumbrances for the 2017 Budget for the City
of Greencastie — Motion by Adam Cohen to approve Resolution 2017-18
as presented, second by Stacie Langdon, 6-0 motion carried.
B. FAA Drone Experimental Experiment- Frances Durham shared with
the Common Council her three year research program on Drone uses. No
formal action was taken by Council.
XI. Adjournment
Motion by Gary Lemon to dismiss at 7:33 PM, second by Mark Hammer,
6-0, motion carried.
