BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, Coumy of Middlesex, State of New Jersey that
THE HOME NEWS & TRIBUNE and THE STAR LEDGER
be and are hereby designated as the official newspapers of the Borough of Carteret;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted this 5th day of January, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 6,1997.
