I. Call to Order; Roll Call- Mayor William Dory called the meeting to order at 7:00
PM; upon roll by Clerk-Treasurer Lynda Dunbar the fol�owing were present:
Adam Cohen, Stacie l.angdon, Steve Fields, Tyler Wade, Mark Hammer,
Gary l.emon, and Dave Murray.
Other Individuals in attendance: Susan Kass, Deputy Clerk-Treasurer,
Shannon Norman, City Planner, Rod Weinschenk, Park Director, Park Board
Members: Beva Miller, Cathy Merrell, David Taylor, Tim Trigg, John
Hennette, and Park Representative via GCSC Wayne Lewis. Redevelopment
Commission: Gwen Morris, Erika Gilmore, and Lottie Barcus. David Bray,
� Putnam County Hospital. YMCA: Robyn Ganly and Deb Ringer. Tom
Salzer, Bon Vita

Purchase or fease of real property
Tom Salxer from Bon Vita presented potential sights and floor pians of the new
YMCA Project.
III. Adjournment
Motion by Gary Lemon to dismiss at 8:02 PM,�second by Adam Cohen,
7-0, motion carried.
