A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF A NEW FIRE TRUCK,
NOT TO EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS
($400,000.00).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE,
IOWA that the Riverdale City Council authorizes the purchase of a Spartan Gladiator
chassis from Smeal Fire Apparatus Company out of the 2006 budget. With the purchase
of the body of the fire truck to be purchased out of the 2007 budget.
Passed and approved on January 17, 2006 by the following vote:
