President Lopez Called to Order—Time 5:55 p.m.
1. Approval of Minutes of the September 10, 2018 Meeting.
Motion: Motion was made by Director Bergthold and seconded by Director Goveas
to approve.
Motion carried by a vote of 4-0. Director Knowlton abstained
2. Public Hearing on FY 2019-2020 Budget.
Eric Strong, City Manager presented the proposed FY 2019-2020 Richland Hills Crime
Control and Prevention District Annual Budget.
President Lopez opened the public hearing: Time 6:03 p.m.

3. Consider Approval of FY 2019-2020 Budget.
Motion: Motion was made by Director Bergthold, and seconded by Director
Knowlton to approve.
Motion carried by a vote of 5-0.
4. Adjourn.
There being no further business to come before the Board, President Lopez declared
the meeting adjourned at 6:06 p.m.
