SPECIAL SESSION
MAY 2, 1 996 4:00 P.M. OUTSIDE CITY HALL
Call to Order; Roil Call;
The Greencastle Common Cotncil met in Special Session on ivlav 3, 1996 at 4:00 p.tn., Outside
City Hall. Mayor Michael called the meeting to order. On the atoll Call, the following were
round to be present: Councilor Roach, Councilor Hammer. Councilor Green. Councilor Baynard
and Councilor !`Masten. Also present was Citv Attorney Zciner.
Public Petitions and Comments;
There were no public petitions or comments.

General Business:
Mavor Michael read Resolution 1996 -5, A Resoiution Declaring Mav 5 -11, !996 as Municipal
Government Wee!c, in its entirety. Councilor Hammer made the motion to accept Resolution
1996 -5, seconded by Councilor Roach. Vote was unanimous.
Being no further business Councilor Baynard made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Counciior
Green. Vote was unanimous.
