AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1997 BUDGET
WHEREAS Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted a
budget for calendar year 1997, and
WHEREAS Common Council has determined it is necessary to transfer money
from one major budget classification to another within a
department or office, and
WHEREAS the transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than
the total amount set out in the budget as finally determined under
Indiana Code 6-1.1-1-1 et seq., and
WHEREAS this transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6-1.1-18-6 without
notice and without the approval of the State Board of Tax
Commissioners,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, that the 1997 budget be amended as follows:
A. Parks and Recreation Fund - Parks and Recreation Department
Delete $1,084.00 from Social Security
Existing account no. 219-39-390-3901-1-1220
2. Add $1,084.00 to Office Equipment
Existing account no. 219-39-390-3901-4-4430
