APPOINTING MEMBERS TO TItE BOARD FOR THE
DISABLED FOR TllE YEAR 1997
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Catteret has created a Board
for the Disabled to consist of one member to be appointed by the Mayor, one member
of the Council to be appointed by the Council and five citizens of the municipality to
be appointed by the Council with staggered terms;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Council
of the Borough of Carteret that the following appointment be and is hereby made to
the Board of the Disabled for the year 1997:
Member Harry HeJ_m 12/31/2001
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted this 5th day of January, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 6, 1997.
