A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,
COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS/HER DESIGNEE TO SIGN ALL
DOCUMENTS RELATED TO ST TE FUNDED GRANTS ON BEH A,LF OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
WHEREAS, occasionally, the City of Lynwood is awarded state or federal grants
which are managed by Public Works Department and administered by the California
Department of Transportation (Caltrans); and
WHEREAS,the City of Lynwood is required to sign off on grant related documents
and submit them to Caltrans for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood authorizes the City Manager or
his/her designee to sign all documents related to state funded grants which are managed
by Public Works Department and administered by Caltrans.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and hereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of January 2021,
