APPOINTING A MUNICIPAL PUBLIC DEFENDER
]FOR TItE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Municipal Public Defender in the Borough of
Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that
GEORGE OTLOWSKI, JR.
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Municipal Public Defender, effective
January 1, 1997, term to expire December 31, 1997.
Adopted this 5th day of January, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 6, 1997.
