President Lopez Called to Order—Time 5:00 p.m.
1. Approval of Minutes of the August 10, 2020 Meeting.
Motion: Motion was made by Director Goveas and seconded by Director Barger to
approve the minutes from the August 10, 2020.
Motion carried by a vote of 5-0. Director Campbell absent
2. Consider approval of the FY 2021 Crime Control Prevention District Annual
Budget PUBLIC HEARING
Candice Edmondson, City Manager gave a presentation on the FY 2021 Crime Control
Prevention District Annual Budget.
President Lopez Opened the Public Hearing —Time 5:07 p.m.
None
President Lopez Closed the Public Hearing —Time 5:08 p.m.
Motion: Motion was made by Director Bergthold and seconded by Director Knowlton
to approve the FY 2021 Crime Control Prevention District Annual Budget.
Motion carried by a vote of 5-0. Director Campbell absent
3. Adjourn.
A motion was made by Director Barger and seconded by Director Knowlton to adjourn.
Motion passed 5-0.
There being no further business to come before the Board, President Lopez declared the
meeting adjourned at 5:08 p.m.
