Dear Mr. Dickman:
Please advise the members of Common Council that the Richmond Advisory Plan
Commission conducted a public hearing, Thursday, May 22, 1997, on the petition of
George Tanner Brooks, owner; James Bonner, agent; requesting a rezoning from 0-1
Greenbelt District to C-4 General Business District, located at 1137 North 12th Street,
Richmond, Indiana.
Notices were delivered to four surrounding property owners, and we received one
comment in opposition to the request.
The Plan Commission voted b in favor, with 1 opposed, 1 abstention, and 3 absent,
to reCOMmend the approval of Ordinance No. 45-1997.
