Committee members agreed that the artist geographic limit should be Idaho, the artist should have experience in outdoor mural execution and in arts education for teens/adults. Apprentices should demonstrate letter of intent that describes ability to follow-through on a project, letter of recommendation, show previous work, age 17 and over. Business "Call for a Wall" should seek business partners in the downtown area that are willing to keep the mural in good repair for 5 years minimum and have subject matter that may not relate to the nature of the interior building.
