ORDINANCE NO, 81 -502
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
DELETING SECTION._9563(3) AND AMENDING
SECTION 9563(4) OF THE TEMPLE CITY
ZONING CODE -
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Subsections (3) and (4) of Section 9563 of the
Temple City Zoning Code are hereby amended to read as follows:
(3) (Deleted)
(4) The following minimum lot widths (Street frontage)
shall be required:
(a) For any one -story structure: at least
50 feet;
(b) For any two -story structure: at least
80 feet.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance and to its
approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to be published as
required by law.

I, Chief Deputy City Clerk of the City of Temple City, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being Ordinance
No. 81 -502, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Temple City held on the 17th day of March 1981,
and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said City Council,
approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk, at
a regular meeting of the said City Council held on the 7th day of
April , 1981, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen- Dennis, Gillanders, Merritt, Atkins
NOES: Councilmen- Tyrell
