' - 214247-.(7 MICHELLE GIBAS,VILLAGE CLERK (SEAL) it(p X R2011115411_2 Ordinance No. 2607 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING PROPERTY OWNED BY R.L.SOHOL, LLC, LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF ILLINOIS ROUTE 59, 300 NORTH OF 127TH STREET, PLAINFIELD, ILLINOIS PIN # 07-01-27-300-007-0000; 07-01-27-300-010-0000; 07-01-27-300-013-0000 WHEREAS, the real estate hereinafter described is contiguous to the Village of Plainfield and is not within the territorial limits of any other municipality; and WHEREAS, no electors reside on said territory; and WHEREAS, notices as required by statute have been served and published, and a proper hearing has been held; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Village of Plainfield that said territory be annexed to the Village. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL AND KENDALL COUNTIES, as follows: Sec. 1: Territory Described. That the following described tract of land herein called territory, is hereby annexed to the Village of Plainfield: See Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof Is hereby annexed to the Village of Plainfield, Will and Kendall Counties. Sec. 2: Village Limits Extended. That the Village limits of the Village of Plainfield be, and the same are hereby extended to include the above described territory. Sec. 3: Ordinance No. 1 Amended. That Ordinance No. 1 of the Village of Plainfield be amended as follows: R2011115411_3 That the limits of the Village of Plainfield shall be extended to include the tract of land described in Section 2 hereof. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed. This Ordinance shall be numbered as Ordinance No. 2607 and shall take effect upon its passage and approval in accordance with the provisions of the Statutes of the State of Illinois in such case made and provided and the Village Clerk shall certify two copies of this Ordinance together with an accurate map of the annexed territory and file same in the Office of the Will County Clerk and record same in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of said Will County.
