AMENDING SHORT TERM DISABILITY PAYMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Borough of Carteret that effective January
1, 1997, the short term disability payments shall be at a rate, not to exceed, Three
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350.00) per week - Full-time and One Hundred Seventy Five
Dollars ($175.00) per week Part-time, and the Chief Financial Officer is hereby
authorized and directed to undertake such action as is required to implemem this
position.
Adopted this 16th day of January, 1997
and certified as a tree copy of the original
on January 17, 1997.
