FOR THE YEAR 1997
WHEREAS, Joseph Barch, t/a "Barch's Auto Wrecker's" has made
application and has paid the proper fee for the renewal of
his license to operate a Junk Yard at 1 Beverly Street in
the Borough of Carteret for the Year 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS H~IEBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the Municipal
Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to issum a 1997 Junk
Yard License to Joseph Barch, t/a "Barch'$ Auto Wrecker's"
at 1 Beverly Street, in the Borough of Carteret, State of New
Jersey.
Adopted the 16th day of January, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 17, 1997.
