AuTHoRIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE INTERLOCAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR DOG WARDEN SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Board of Health of the Borough of Carteret has determined the
need for Dog Warden Services within the Borough limits; and
WltEREAS, the city of Linden has offered said services to the Borough of Carteret
at a cost of $18,185.00 per year, which will include the picking up of dead animals in
the Borough of Carteret;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Borough of
Carteret hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute an Interlocal Services Agreemem
with the City of Linden to provide Dog Warden Services to the Borough of Carteret
at a cost of $18,185.00 for the year 1997.
Adopted this 16th day of January, 1997
and certified as a tree copy of the original
on January 17, 1997.
