RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
APPOINTING ERNESTINE (TEENA) HENSHAW TO THE
OFFICE OF DIRECTOR FOR WARD 3
WHEREAS, Section 5532(e) of the Public Resources Code requires the
Board of Directors to appoint an unopposed candidate nominated to the
elective office of Director at the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space
District, and
WHEREAS, Ernestine (Teena) Henshaw has been officially nominated to
the office of Director for Ward 3; and
WHEREAS, Ernestine (Teena) Henshaw is the only person nominated to
the office of Director for Ward 3:
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional
Open Space District does resolve to appoint Ernestine (Teena) Henshaw
to the office of Director for Ward 3 at the Midpeninsula Regional Open
Space District:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Ernestine (Teena) Henshaw,in accordance
with Section 5532(e) of the Public Resources Code shall qualify, take
office effective January 1, 1989, and serve exactly as if elected for
the office.
RESOLUTION NO. 88-50
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula
Regional Open Space District on November 9 ,1988 at a
regular meeting thereof, by the following vote:
AYES: Katherine Duffy, Robert McKibbin, Teena Henshaw, Gerry
Andeen, and Richard Bishop.
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Edward Shelley and Nonette Hanko

I, the District Clerk of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space
District, hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy
of a resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the
Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District by the above vote at a
