A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SPECIAL USE DISTRICT
FOR FRIENDS FELLOWSHIP COMMUNITY, INC., AT 2030 CHESTER
BOULEVARD
WHEREAS Friends Fellowship Community, Inc. has petitioned Common
Council of Richmond, Indiana, requesting a modification/
amendment to a Special Use District classification in the R-4
Multiple Family Residence District, at 2030 Chester Boulevard, and
WHEREAS it is desirable to modify/amend the Special Use District as requested
to allow for the addition of a residential care facility for patients
suffering from Alzheimers Disease and other forms of senile
dementia;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the Special Use District zoning designation of the real estate at 2030 Chester
Boulevard, is hereby modified/amended to allow a residential care facility for patients
suffering from Alzheimers Disease an her forms of senile dementia.

This ordinance relates to amending the Special Use District for Friends Fellowship Community,
Inc. at 2030 Chester Boulevard.
The ordinance should be referred to Plan Commision for public hearing at its meeting on June 26,
1997.
The ordinance should be back to Council for second reading on July 7, 1997.
