SPECIAL SESSION
WEDNESDAY, JULY 17, 1996 4:45 P.M. STREET DEPARTMENT
The Greencastle Common Council met in special session July 17, 1996 4:45 p.m. at the City
Street Department. Mavor Michael called the meetim- to order. On the Roll Call. the followim_=
were found to be present: Councilor Roach, Councilor Bavnard and Councilor Masten.
Councilor Hammer and Councilor Green were absent.
Mayor Michael read Resolution 1996 -17, A Resolution Authorizing a Temporary Loan Between
the City of Greencastle and the Sewage improvement Fund, in it's entirety. This Resolution is to
borrow 5200,000.00 from Sewage Improvement for the City's General Fund to operate until a tax
draw is received by the Cites. Motion to approve was made by Councilor Masten, seconded by
Councilor Roach.
Being no further business Councilor Roach made a motion to
Bavnard. Vote was unanimous.
