BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the

that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of HMA resurfacing, pavement patching, sidewalk construction,
curb and gutter construction and parkway restoration.

and be designated as Section 16-00063-00-RS
2. That there is hereby appropriated the (additional ❑ Yes ® No) sum of Nine hundred thousand and 00/100

improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.

district office of the Department of Transportation.

Dear Ms. Gibas:
The Resolution for the above-referenced section for adopted by the Village
President and Board of Trustees on August 23, 2016, and received on
August 26, 2016, was approved as of August 30, 2016.
This provides for HMA resurfacing, pavement patching, sidewalk
construction, curb and gutter and parkway restoration and appropriates
$900,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) funds for the subject section.
