A GENERAL ORDINANCE ADDING A SECTION 150.07(g) TO THE CITY OF
RICHMOND CODE
WHEREAS, Chapter 150 of the City of Richmond Code requires permits to be obtained
prior to the commencement of certain construction and remodeling
activities; and
WHEREAS, Section 150.07 of the City of Richmond Code sets forth the fees for
various types of required permits; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to provide for permit fees to be waived for other units of
government.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana that a new Section 150.07(g) be added to the City of Richmond Code
to read as follows:
(g) Other units of government shall not be assessed a fee for any permits required
pursuant to this chapter.
Passed and adopted this 1 ' day of 1997, by the Common Council of
the City of Richmond, Indiana.
