Special Lynwood Planning Commission Notice of Public Hearing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lynwood Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 27, 2021, as required by California Government Code §65090. The hearing has been scheduled as follows: Date: April 27, 2021 Time: 6:00 p.m. Place: Web conference via ZOOM - To participate please join via Zoom or by telephone: 1-669-900-6833 or 1-253-215-8782 Meeting ID: 980 3271 9336 Passcode: ApriIPC. Subject: The Lynwood Planning Commission will consider amending Development Agreements with the following two (2) entities: • Aftercare Alliance Group • COF Organic Farms Aftercare Alliance Group and COF Organic Farms each have an executed Development Agreement with the City of Lynwood for the operation of a cannabis facility. It is now Aftercare Alliance Group and COF Organic Farms intention to move locations. Aftercare Alliance Group wishes to move from 2899 Norton Avenue to 11090 Alameda Street. In addition, Aftercare Alliance Group wishes to change its name to Lynwood CG LLC. COF Organic Farms wishes to move from 10869 Drury Lane to 2772 and 2800 Norton Avenue. Per the Lynwood Municipal Code, a change in location triggers the review by the Lynwood Planning Commission with final approval by the Lynwood City Council for a new Development Agreement. Each applicant must be able to demonstrate at the time of the hearings that it has an interest (either leasehold or ownership) in the property where the use is contemplated. Those desiring to be heard in favor of or in opposition to this item will be given an opportunity to do so during such hearing to be conducted at the above address or by writing to the City at the above address.
