AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT - SKIV1EW CONSTRUCTION
AND SOUTHWESTERN INDEMNITY CORPORATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council hereby authorizes
a settlement in the matter of Borough of Carteret vs. Skiview Construction and Southwestern
Indemnity Corporation in the amount of $7,000.00.
