AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1997 BUDGET
WHEREAS Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, adopted a
budget for calendar year 1997, and
WHEREAS Common Council has determined it is necessary to reduce the
amount appropriated to one major budget classification; and
WHEREAS the reduction does not require the expenditure of more money than
the total amount set out in the budget as finally determined under
Indiana Code 6-1.1-1-1 et seq.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, that the 1997 budget be amended as follows:
A. General Fund - Board of Works
Delete $11,500.00 from City Insurance
Existing account no. 101-01-006-0601-3-3401
2. Add $11, 500.00 to Computer Equipment
Existing account no. 101-01-006-0601-4-4435

the City of Richmond, Indiana.
