AUTHORIZING JOSEPH P. SCHIAPPA, ESQ. TO REPRESENT THE
BOROUGH OF CARTERET - UNITED BULK CARRIERS
WHEREAS, the Borough is involved in litigation with United Bulk Carriers, and
WHEREAS, the matter in dispute involves a decision by the Zoning Board; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Council has determined that no conflict between the
Borough Council and Zoning exists; and
WHEREAS, JosePh P. Schiappa, Esq. has been previously authorized to represent
the Zoning Board of Adjustment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council hereby
authorizes Joseph P. Schiappa to represent the Borough of Carteret in this matter.
Adopted this 16th day of January, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 17, 1997.
