Plan Commission Minutes August 16, 2016
Chairman Kiefer called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. immediately following the Zoning Board of Appeals.
ROLL CALL Commissioners Seggebruch, Renzi, Minnis, Heinen, Womack, Green, and Chairman Kiefer were present. The
Library District was present.
The Fire, Park, and School Districts were absent.
The Plan Commission minutes dated July 19, 2016 were accepted as presented.
NEW BUSINESS
Case No. 1731-072816.SU Center Point Church
Chairman Kiefer stated the applicant withdrew this application. DISCUSSION
Commissioner Renzi asked if the cover letter/report to the Village Board addressing the concerns of the
Plan Commission has been drafted. Chairman Kiefer mentioned that sometimes minutes have not been
approved prior to a case being presented to the Village Board. Meeting Adjourned at 7:36 p.m.
