A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AT 3209
UNION PIKE
WHEREAS the zoning map designates real estate located at 3209 Union Pike
as R-I One Family Residence District
WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to C-4 General
Business District
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the zoning designation of the real estate located at 3209 Union Pike is hereby
designated as C-4 General Business District.

This ordinance relates to amending the zoning map at 3209 Union Pike as R-1 One Family
Residence District to C-4 General Business District.
The ordinance should be referred to Plan Commision for public hearing at its meeting on June 26,
1997.
The ordinance should be back to Council for second reading on July 7, 1997.
