RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH
PREFERRED CLEANING SOLUTIONS
WHEREAS, Prefen-ed Cleaning Solutions ("Preferred") has installed and
maintains equipment to maintain negative air in portions of the Carteret
Borough Hall; and
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") needs to continue to
maintain the services provided by PrefecTed; and
WHEREAS, Prefem'ed has proposed to provide said continued services at the
rate of $1000.00 per month for a period of three (3) tnonths.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that a three-(3) month extension of the air treatment
equipment and services provided by Preferred Cleaning Solutions in an amount
not to exceed $3000.00 is hereby approved.
BE, IT FURTHER, RESOLVED, that this action is taken without competitive
bidding in that the amount involved does not exceed the statutory bid threshold.
