NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lynwood City Council will hold a public hearing on May 18, 2021, as required by California Government Code §65090. The hearing has been scheduled as follows: Date: May 18, 2021 Time: 6:00 p.m. Place: Live Meeting in Council Chamber - 11350 Bullis Road, Lynwood, CA 90262 - Web conference via ZOOM for the public - To participate please join via Zoom - Meeting ID: 835 2029 8238, or by telephone at 1-669-900-9128 or 1-253-215- 8782. If Spanish interpretation services are needed, please dial (310) 372- 7549; conference code 673120. Subject: The Lynwood City Council will consider an amended Development Agreement (Development Agreement No. 2019-18) for the operation of COF Organic Farms at 2772 and 2800 Norton Avenue, Lynwood. COF Organic Farms currently has an executed Development Agreement for operation at 10869 Drury Lane, Lynwood. It is now COF Organic Farms intention to move locations from 10869 Drury Lane to 2772 and 2800 Norton Avenue, Lynwood. Per the Lynwood Municipal Code, a change in location triggers the review and approval by the Lynwood City Council for an amended Development Agreement. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, at the hour of 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Lynwood City Council will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at the City Hall Annex Building, 11350 Bullis Road, Lynwood, California 90262, for the solicitation of public comment on a proposed amended to Development Agreement No. 2019-18 for the relocation of COF Organic Farms from 10869 Drury Lane to 2772 and 2800 Norton Avenue, Lynwood. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if you challenge the aforementioned action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City at, or prior to the public hearing.
