A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR
AND ADOPTING A REVISED BUILDING, ZONING AND
PLANNING FEE SCHEDULE; PROVIDING FOR NEW FEES
FOR SPECIAL INSPECTIONS, AND FOR SCANNING
COSTS; SUPPLEMENTS RESOLUTION 96-6 ON SAME
SUBJECT MATTER; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 96-4, enacting Section 6-3 "Building Permit Fees" and
Section 30-1 "Zoning and Planning Application Fees", the Village Council is authorized to provide
fee schedules for building, zoning and planning regulatory services provided by the Village; and
WHEREAS, after public hearing, the Village Council has determined to revise and establish
appropriate fees for building, zoning and planning services, as set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF KEY BISCAYNE, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the building, zoning and planning fee schedule, is hereby revised as indicated
in Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein.
Section 2. This resolutions supplements Resolution 96-6 on same subject matter.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption
