A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, REVISING
THE PROJECT LIST ON SCHEDULE I TO ORDINANCE NO. 1194-11, ISSUANCE
AND SALE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY FINANCE CONTRACTURAL OBLIGATION,
SERIES 2011, AND REVISING THE PROJECT LIST ON SCHEDULE I TO
ORDINANCE NO. 1236-12, ISSUANCE AND SALE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY
FINANCE CONTRACTURAL OBLIGATION , SERIES 2012.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richland Hills, Texas approved Ordinance
No. 1194-11 authorizing the issuance and sale of Public Property Finance Contractual
Obligation, Series 2011, on January 11, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richland Hills, Texas approved Ordinance
No. 1236-12 authorizing the issuance and sale of Public Property Finance Contractual
Obligation, Series 2012, on September 4, 2012; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1194-11 in Section 11 (b) thereof, and Ordinance No.
1236-12 in Section 11 (b) thereof, provides that the City Council may make any changes in
the description of the items listed as Project Schedule I of each ordinance whenever the
City Council deems such changes to be necessary and appropriate, and provided that the
nature of the Project after such changes will constitute qualified property eligible for financing
under the Public Property Finance Act; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it appropriate and necessary to authorize
changes to Schedule I, Ordinance No. 1194-11, and Schedule I, Ordinance No. 1236-12, as
set out in Attachment A to this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the nature of the Project as listed
on Schedule I of each Ordinance, after such changes as set out on Attachment A to this
Resolution have been approved, will constitute qualified property eligible for financing under
the Public Property Finance Act.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHLAND HILLS THAT:
Section 1. The City Council finds the above preamble true and correct.
Section 2. The City Council of the City of Richland Hills authorizes the changes to
Schedule I, Ordinance No. 1194-11, and Schedule I, Ordinance No. 1236-12, as set out
on Attachment A of this Resolution.
