WIIEREAS, Section 8 oFIhe Open Public Meetings Acl, Chapler 231 iLL 1975,

WIIEREAS, this public body is of the opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;

Borough of Catteret, County of Middlesex, Slate of New Jersey, as lbllows:
1. The public shall be excluded flora atlending, discussing or participating in the
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. The general nature oFthe subject mailer to be discussed is as Follows:

3. It is anticipated at this lime that the above stated subject mailer will be made

upon conclusion of the matter.
4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
