NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond that Resolution No. 4-1987 of the Richmond City Park and Recreation Board, a copy of which is attached hereto, is hereby ratified. Mayor ATTEST: City Clerl RESOLUTION NO. 4-1987 A RESOLUTION OF THE RICHMOND CITY PARK AND RECREATION BOARD TO EXERCISE OPTIONS TO RENEW LEASE ON THE MIDDLEFORK RESERVOIR WHEREAS, the Richmond City Park and Recreation Board desires to exercise its option to renew the lease dated August, 22, 1962, between the Richmond City Park and Recreation Board and the Indiana --American Water Company for an additional two ten-year terms. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Richmond City Park and Recreation Board that pursuant to the agreement of lease dated August 22, 1962, the Richmond City Park and Recreation Board hereby exercises its option in the lease, to renew the lease, for two additional ten-year terms. A copy of this resolution shall be forwarded to Common Council for its approval and to the Indiana -American Water Company for its approval.
