This ordinance relates to amending the zoning map at 1318 South 23rd Street as R-2 One Family
Residence District to R-4 Multi -family Residence District.
The ordinance should be referred to Plan Commision for public hearing at its meeting on July 24,
1997.
ordinance should be back to Council for second reading on August 4, 1997.

A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AT 1318
SOUTH 23RD STREET, LOTS 7, 8, 9, 42, AND 43 IN RICHARD'S
ADDITION
WHEREAS the zoning map designates real estate located at 1318 South 23rd
as R-2 One Family Residence District
WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to R-4 Multi -family
Residence District
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the zoning designation of the real estate located at 1318 South 23rd, lots 7, 8,
9, 42, and 43 is hereby designated as R-4 Multi -family Residence District.
