Home My Public Portal About026-1987-AMENDING ORDINANCE 61-1986 RATIFYING SALARIES WAGES AND POSITIONS FOR APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE SANITARY DISTRICTORDINANCE NO. 26-1987 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.61-1986 RATIFYING THE SALARIES, WAGES, AND POSITIONS FOR APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE RICHMOND SANITARY DISTRICT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1987 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1987 AS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SANITARY COMMISSIONERS. WHEREAS, Resolution No. 12-1986 was adopted by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners on July 8, 1986 and; WHEREAS, it has now been determined by the Commissioners of the Richmond Sanitary district that an increase in the personnel at the Solid Waste Department is now necessary; and WHEREAS, the -Common Council of the City of Richmond desires to ratify Resolution No. 4- 1987 into Ordinance No. 61-1986: NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common council of the City of Richmond, Indiana that: SECTION 1. Resolution No. 4-1987 adopted by the Board of Commissioners for the Richmond Sanitary District on May 12, 1987, is hereby adopted by reference, ratified, and incorporated into this ordinance as supplementing the salary ordinance for the Richmond Sanitary District being Ordinance No. 61-1986. C NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners of the Sanitary District of Richmond, Indiana, that Resolution No. 12-1986 for the calendar year of 1987, beginning January 1, 1987 and ending December 31, 1987, shall be amended as follows because of the following new positions: DELETE: (A) Wm.
