AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE ANNUAL SALARIES OF ALL ELECTED OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, INDIANA.
WHEREAS, I.C. 36-4-7-1 et. seq. provides for the fixing of annual compensation of elected
City Officers.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,
WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1988 and ending December 31,
1988, the following elected officials of the City of Richmond, Indiana shall
receive the following compensation; including compensation received from
Richmond Power & Light.
Mayor
37,250.00
City Clerk
18,030.00
President of Common Council
3,000.00
Chairman of RP&L Board of Directors
3,000.00
Each Member of Common Council
2,775.00
Each Member of RP&L Board of Directors
2,775.00

Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of the City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana, that the
Common Council of said Municipal Corporation at their regular meeting place at 7:30 O'Clock
P.M. on the 6th day of July, 1987, will consider the fixing of annual compensations of elected
City Officiers under I.C. 36-4-7-1 Et. Seq., for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1988 and
ending December 31, 1988 as follows:[
