WIIEREAS, Sectio. 8 ol'dm Open Public Meeti.gs Act, Chapler 231 P.L. 1975,
permits tile exclusion of the public fi om a meeti.g in certain circumsla.ces; and
WIIEREAS, this public body is of tile opinion thai such circumstances plesently
exists;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, liE IT RESOI.VEI) by Ihe Mayor a.d Cou.cil of the
Bo,'ough of Cmteret, County of Mkkllesex, State cf New Jersey, as follows:
1. The public shall be excluded flora atlending, discussing or participating itl tile
hereinafter specified subject maitres.
2. Tile general nature of the subject mailer to be discussed is as follows:
